Scientific Information
Official Language
English will be the official language of the Symposium.
There will be no simultaneous translation.
Oral Presentations
Computer projection facilities (PowerPoint-Presentations) will be available in the meeting rooms. Presenting authors will receive all technical information and instructions prior to the Symposium in order to ensure the smooth running of sessions.
Poster Presentations
Posters must fit the size of the poster board: size: A0 Oversize (88.2 x 124.7 cm). Presenting authors will receive all technical information and details prior to the Symposium.
Registration
One author, at least, of each accepted abstract must register for the Symposium within one month after having received notification of acceptance. If the author(s) fail(s) to register the paper will no longer be part of the programme.
Certificate of Attendance
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance in their conference bags on-site.
CME Accreditation
You are encouraged to pass by the CME Checkpoint located next to Registration
to ensure your mailing address is correct and complete.
CME certificates will be mailed ± 4 months after the Spring Symposium.
