Accommodation in CAVTAT & DUBROVNIK has been reserved at preferential rates and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Most hotels are in Cavtat within walking distance from Symposium venue.

Deadline for hotel reservation is 8 March, 2010. Please book your desired hotel as early as possible as there are only limited numbers of hotels rooms available. If the desired hotel / category is already fully booked, Spektar putovanja reserves the right to arrenge the accommodation in another hotel / category.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made before 8 February, 2010
Full refund of the accommodation fee will be made less 30,00 EUR of handling fee
Cancellation made between 8 February and 8 March, 2010
One night accommodation fee will be charged along with 30,00 EUR of handling fee
Cancellation made after 8 March, 2010
No refund will be made
Name changes will be charged with 20,00 EUR per registration. Should you have any special request for the processing of your invoice, kindly let us know when returning your registration form. For the rewriting of the invoice 20,00 EUR will be charged.
These general conditions and all administrative information are to be considered as the legal basis for all reservations.
Verbal agreement is not binding, unless confirmed in writing.
GROUP RESERVATION
For groups of 8 or more people, special hotel rates will be provided.
The companies or agency are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail
to the official PCO Agency, Spektar putovanja d.o.o.

Please note that the shuttle bus will be organized 2 times a day to and from Symposium venue only for the groups and individuals making the reservation through the PCO Agency, Spektar putovanja d.o.o., from the hotel in Dubrovnik.
Each group will receive a group confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding amount.

SHUTTLE BUS
Please note that the shuttle bus from the distant hotels to Venue will be provided only to the
participants who have booked their accommodation through the PCO agency two times a day.
Morning shuttle bus: before beginning of the sessions.
Afternoon shuttle bus: after the programme.
